Avon Walk for Breast Cancer

Through the generous support of the Avon Foundation, Food & Friends is able to provide services through our Avon Pink Ribbon Delivery Program.  This clinical nutrition therapy program combines nutritious, life-sustaining meals and personalized nutrition counseling for women with breast cancer in the Washington, DC metropolitan area at no cost to them.  In 2009, Food & Friends served more than 136,000 meals to 408 women diagnosed with breast cancer and their families.
